Over five years, she’s built a career managing hospitality for artists, VIPs, and sponsors at music festivals and corporate events, including Ryan Bingham’s The Great Western and Post Malone’s Travelin’ Tailgate. Cain & Co. is based in Fort Worth and works with clients nationwide, bringing experienced, capable leadership to every event.

If my calendar allows, I’ve been known to mobilize for an event with as little as 24 hours’ notice. For the best results and vendor availability, earlier booking is recommended.
My pricing is customized based on each event’s unique scope, size, and requirements. Day rates begin at $750 minimum. I provide detailed proposals outlining all services and costs after our initial consultation, ensuring complete transparency and no surprises.
