Serving nationwide • 5+ years of experience • Festivals to corporate events

About Cain and Co. Coordinating

Cain & Co. takes ownership of the details that make an event run: staffing, hospitality, vendors, schedules, site logistics, setup, and on-site execution. We handle the moving pieces so you can focus on the event itself.

You don’t need to bring us in on day one. We can lead your event from the start, take over a specific department, or join a production team already in progress.

Hospitality stays at the center of how we work. We manage operations through the lens of the artist, VIP, sponsor, staff, and guest experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should clients book?

While 30-60 days advance notice is ideal for proper planning and coordination, I understand that sometimes events come together quickly. If my calendar allows, I’ve been known to mobilize for an event with as little as 24 hours’ notice. For the best results and vendor availability, earlier booking is recommended.

What is your pricing structure and what does it cover?

My pricing is customized based on each event’s unique scope, size, and requirements. Day rates begin at $750 minimum. I provide detailed proposals outlining all services and costs after our initial consultation, ensuring complete transparency and no surprises.

Do you handle vendor selection and management?

Absolutely. Vendor coordination is a core part of my services. I handle the entire process from initial vendor research and selection through contract negotiations, timeline coordination, and on-site management to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What types of events do you specialize in?

I specialize in music festivals and corporate events, bringing expertise in large-scale productions, artist coordination, and creating memorable experiences that align with your brand and vision.

What’s included in your services?

My service offerings are tailored to each event’s specific needs and scope. During our consultation, I’ll outline exactly what services are recommended for your event, from initial planning and vendor coordination to day-of execution and post-event wrap-up.

Do you have experience with events of my size and budget?

Yes, I work with a wide range of event scales and budgets. I’ve successfully managed intimate gatherings with budgets starting at a few thousand dollars, as well as large-scale productions with budgets up to $500,000. Every event receives the same level of professional attention and care.

Can you provide examples of your past work?

I’ve had the privilege of working on notable events including Ryan Bingham’s The Great Western (managing both VIP evening and daytime festival components) and Post Malone’s Travelin’ Tailgate tour stops in Arlington, TX and Ridgedale, MO. I’m happy to discuss relevant experience during our consultation and can connect you with past clients for references upon request.

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

I respond to all inquiries within 24-72 hours with availability updates and next steps. Once we’re aligned on your event needs, I can typically begin planning immediately depending on my current calendar.
