What exactly IS Cain & Co. Coordinating?

Cain & Co. Coordinating is an event services company specializing in event bartending service and day-of coordination services. With over a decade of experience the service industry we are able to provide you with the best experience possible for any event, big or small.

How do you set your prices?

Our prices for event bartending are dependent on how inclusive you would like our role to be in your event. You have the freedom to choose whichever package best fits your vision with anything from services and basics necessities to everything your bar would need (alcohol excluded per state guidelines) all to your specifications and preferences. We pride ourselves on providing you the best bar experience you could have - whichever package you choose. Coordinating services are dependent on client vision as well and something we love to talk with you about to be sure we will be meeting your every need. An inquiry can be submitted from our ‘contact us’ page.

When do we have to pay?

A 25% non-refundable initial payment is required to hold your date. From there, a payment schedule of three remaining payments can be set up with event having to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. This will be outline in a signed contract.

How soon do you recommend booking?

Whether you are at the beginning stages of planning, 3 months out from your event or any where in between, feel free to reach out. Some months and dates book quicker than others but you are welcome to submit an inquiry at any time. Cain & Co. is also always willing to jump in if needed for last-minute event bookings as well. Please note: Cain & Co. is unable to accommodate bookings 12 or more months from inquiry date.

What is the furthest out I can book?

We are currently booking for 2023/2024, for events no more than 12 months from inquiry date. We understand that sometimes things may change, so we find that booking within 12 months of your event allows for peace of mind in planning and for us to accommodate all of our clients in a timely and effcient manner.

Is there a fee charged if I change my date?

This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We are willing to work with our clients to provide them with a stress-free experience. If something should arise we are here for you!

Can Cain & Co. provide the alcohol for my event?

TABC state regulations prohibit Cain & Co. Coordinating from purchasing / providing alcohol for the event. We can however help you build a detailed shopping list. This planning tool is included in our two most popular packages or as an add-on!

Many venues require a “Day-Of Coordinator,” can Cain & Co. help?

Absolutely! If you are in need of a day-of coordinator, we can add this service to your bar package OR provide you with a day-of coordinator as an a la carte option. Booking both with Cain & Co. provides a great discount!

Does Cain & Co. have the ability to handle multiple events on a specific date?

Of course! With a lengthy list of industry professionals we can count on, Cain & Co. can provide exceptional service for multiple clients in one calendar date, if necessary. We will never overbook ourselves so you can rest assured that when you book with us, you will be in good hands.
